I finally made it to The Opera House!  Over 4300km and 42 days after leaving Perth on the 5th of April!  I really feel like I've achieved something great and feel as cool as "the Hoff" but if he had a big gun!  Its been a great adventure and I found it immensely tough and quite gruelling, but never once felt like quitting or giving up, it was too important to me, for the Burren Chernobyl Project and everyone who supported me.  There was 6 or 7 friends there to meet me and it was really great to see them.

Really enjoyed today, a nice trip along the coast, then through a National Park and reached Sydney's suburb of Cronulla.  Lots of really steep hills to climb which tested my nerve and brakes out on the way back down.  My friend Dave was in Cronulla and it was great to see someone I know!  We went out for a few beers and stumbled across a "Miss New South Wales" competition!

Another good day, made it to the Pacific Ocean which means I've crossed the continent going from The Indian Ocean to the Pacific!  It felt like a really good achievement.  I'd some big hills to climb early in the day but after lunch I had a really fast descent from about 820metres down to near sea level over just 8km's!  It was really intense

A good day today, started late enough around 9am, I slept well last night in a cheap motel in the town, although I have to admit I didnt sleep alone...

I woke at 2.30 this morning shivering with the cold, it was just freezing in the tent, even though I had 2 pairs of socks, cycling shorts, leggings, cycling t-shirt, long sleeved t-shirt, fleece, hat and gloves on!  My sleeping bag is supposed to be effective to minus 5 degrees but I find when it gets below 6 or 7 degrees its pretty useless.
